Sriwijaya Air Launches Again Stretchers as Flight Facilities
As an effort to provide quality services to its loyal customers, Sriwijaya Air has reintroduced stretcher services to accommodate the needs of passengers who are sick and require special handling during flights.
Adi Willi as Vice President of the Corporate Secretary of Sriwijaya Air revealed that the stretcher service on Sriwijaya Air flight was actually an old program that had stopped and now we do it again.
“This service has been officially valid since January 20, 2020 and is available on all Sriwijaya Air flights,” he said.
This stretcher service facility on Sriwijaya Air flights can already be ordered by customers by contacting the Sriwijaya Air Call Center or coming directly to the nearest Sriwijaya Air Representative Office.
"For prospective customers of Sriwijaya Air who require stretcher facilities, they need to order at least 2 days before departure and attach stretcher request forms, medical declarations, letters of release of responsibility and flightworthy letters from the hospital," Willi closed.
