Benefit of Coverage

Trip Cancellation or Interruption by Passenger
Compensation of flight ticket which unused or part that non-refundable	Max IDR 4,000,000

Flight Delay
Compensation for flight delay which exceeds 4 (four) hours from departure time as stated in the ticket	IDR 300.000,- for min. Delay 4 (four) hours since original departure schedule, subsequently IDR 200.000,- for every 2 hours of additional delay, with a maximum of IDR 4.000.000,- of total compensation

Delay of Baggage
Compensation for delay of baggage due to mishandling of baggage by Airline	Min 6 hours after Actual Landing Schedule, IDR 700.000,- per pax

Loss of Baggage
Compensation for loss of baggage due to mishandling of baggage by Airline	Min 24 hours after Actual Landing Schedule, Rp. 700.000,- per baggage

Damage to the Baggage
Compensation for damage to the baggage due to mishandling of baggage by Airline	Refer to the table below

Compensation

-	Baggage material of paper or plastic	IDR 100.000,- per baggage
-	Baggage material of fabrics or synthetic leather	IDR 200.000,- per baggage
-	Baggage material of wood	IDR 300.000,- per baggage
-	Baggage material of leather	IDR 400.000,- per baggage
-	Baggage material of metal	IDR 500.000,- per baggage

The damage or loss of the baggage content will not be compensated

Incidents which will be covered by Insurance

Trip cancellation or interruption by passanger:

Died
Sickness
Disaster (fires, accidents, and earthquakes)
Encountered by passenger and/or blood brother/husband/wife of passenger, thus no show on departure

Flight delay

Airport closed by ATC, VIP matters, military exercises, Flight Jam on Runway, Power Shut Down or IT
Trouble and Catastrophe
Bad weather, smog
Flight Technical Default
Airline employee strike

Baggage problem (delay, damage or loss)

Mishandling of baggage by Airline
