Sriwijaya Air Website Launched

Sriwijaya Air officially launches its new website on Wednesday November 10, 2010. This website provides convenient access to online booking and important information about Sriwijaya Air. It enables travelers to easily access Sriwijaya Air's flights, seat availability, prices and pay online through www.sriwijayaair.co.id.

Launching at anniversary celebration in Jakarta, Chandra Lie, President Director of Sriwijaya Air says, "Its shows our commitment to improve our services. We will continuously add new features on the website". Now, customer may also purchase Sriwijaya Travel Insurance (STI) on the website.

The website is aimed to help those who prefer to use internet rather than traditional travel agent. Customer is having greater flexibility in making reservation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The new booking engine also offers online payments. After making a reservation through web, customers will receive an e-ticket to their email address upon successful payment. Payment can be done through internet banking, ATM and credit cards. Currently, Sriwijaya Air has partnered with ATM BCA, Klik BCA, ATM BRI, BNI and Citibank.

"We will continue to add more payment channel and give the customers wider choices", stated Toto Nursatyo, Commercial Director of Sriwijaya Air.

Next year Sriwijaya Air will launch internet booking engine to travel agent. Its offers e-ticket, credit line and top up system, that gives the travel agent greater flexibilities to sell Sriwijaya Air's product.
